What is your service area?
We provide mobile golf simulator rentals across Southern California, including Los Angeles, Anaheim, Orange County, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego.
Planning an event outside these areas? We regularly travel for larger events and can accommodate most locations – just reach out for a custom quote.
Do you require access to power?
For events under 6 hours, we do not require power. We bring our own silent battery banks.
For events longer than 6 hours, we may require access to a standard 120V outlet.
We will confirm power needs during the planning process.
What are your space requirements?
20 ft width x 20 ft depth x 11 ft height
If you are unsure whether your space will work, send us photos and dimensions and we’ll help assess it.
Why are you more expensive than other mobile golf simulator companies?
If the goal is simply to check a box that your event had a golf simulator, the consumer-grade launch monitors most operators use will suffice — and they’ll cost less.
We’re built for the other situation. Trackman is the radar tour pros train on, and it’s the difference between guests glancing at a screen and guests lining up to play again.
Most of our clients are pro sports teams, studios, and national brands — people who’ve seen the cheap version and decided it wasn’t worth the savings.
Will a staff member be present during the event?
Yes. Every event includes an on-site SimGolf Social team member.
Our staff will:
- Operate the golf simulator
- Assist guests with club selection and gameplay
- Provide light swing tips and instruction as needed
- Keep guests moving efficiently in and out of the hitting area
Our goal is to maximize participation and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for all guests.
How long does setup and teardown take?
Setup typically takes 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on venue logistics.
Teardown typically takes 1 to 2 hours.
Factors such as stairs, elevators, long load-in distances, or limited access may increase setup time.
Are there any weather considerations for outdoor events?
Yes. For safety and equipment protection, we do not operate outdoors if:
- Rain is forecasted
- High winds are expected
- Excessive heat creates unsafe conditions
We will monitor weather closely leading up to the event and communicate proactively if adjustments are needed.
What is required to secure a date?
To officially secure your event date, we require a signed Service Agreement and a 50% deposit. Until both are received, availability cannot be guaranteed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Single-Day Events
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a refund.
Multi-Day Events
We require at least 60 days’ notice for cancellations.
