– Contracts — information you provide when signing a Service Contract, including your name, title, and company name.
– Payments — payment card transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your card number. We retain records of payment amounts, dates, and methods. Zelle and check payments are recorded in our business records.
– Communications — the contents of emails, texts, and form submissions you send us.
Information collected automatically:
– Website usage — like most websites, we collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring pages, through cookies and similar technologies. We use this information for website analytics and performance.
Information collected at events:
– Photos and video — we may capture photos and video at events for quality, training, and promotional purposes. See Section 5.

– Respond to quote requests and communicate about your event
– Prepare, deliver, and follow up on booked services
– Process payments and maintain business and tax records
– Send service-related messages about your booking
– Send occasional marketing communications, if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

3. Text Messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number, we may text you about your quote or booking (for example, arrival updates or scheduling questions). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
– Service providers who help us operate the business — including Stripe (payment processing), DocuSign (contract signing), our website hosting and form providers, and analytics providers. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.

If you are hosting an event and do not want it photographed for promotional use, tell us in writing before the event and we will honor that request. If you are a guest at an event and appear in promotional media you would like removed, contact us at the email below and we will remove it where reasonably possible.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above:
– Quote requests that do not become bookings — up to [5] years
– Booking, contract, and payment records — retained as required for business, tax, and legal purposes (generally 7 years)
– Event media used promotionally — until you request removal or we retire the content

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including limiting access to business systems and using established third-party providers (such as Stripe and DocuSign) for sensitive functions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

– Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link) or texts (reply STOP)
– Request removal from promotional media as described in Section 5
